Edythe Zimmerly Stephens, 97, of Tampa, Fla., and formerly of Paris [Illinois], died at 4:15 a.m. EDT Thursday, Sept. 21, 2006, at Rehab & Healthcare Center, Tampa. She was a retired registered nurse from Paris Community Hospital.
