The Exeter historian and publisher has finished a faithful reproduction of the “Official Historical Atlas Map of Tulare County,” originally printed in 1892.

Nick Vine Hall was a giant in the field of genealogy. Although I didn’t know him well, we visited at conferences and I found him to be engaging and personable. He wrote a number of books for genealogists, and was an authority on Australian research.
