The Monroe County Historical Association will have new hours for the fall and winter season. The Stroud Mansion, located at 900 Main St. in Stroudsburg, is now open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. the first and third Saturday of the month.
